Mr. James J. Reilly - President
Jim is the founder of Reilly Electrical Contractors, Inc. - RELCO and has worked in the electrical industry since 1974, attending Franklin Institute in Boston and working his way up from an apprentice to journeyman to master electrician. In the process, he has held positions from Project Foreman to Vice President of Operations, handling a manpower department consisting of over 200 field electricians.

Jim strongly believes one of the keys to the success of the company has been its ability to recruit and retain top quality personnel. Reilly Electric’s strongest attribute is its’ commitment to work as a team with the quality personnel that is in place.

Thomas B. Aborn - Vice President of Estimating
As Vice President of Estimating at RELCO, Tom offers nearly twenty five years of construction industry experience. He is responsible for the overall operation of the estimating department from the initial lead to the final negotiations of the award.  His responsibilities include supervision of estimating staff as well as working with subcontractors, vendors and the purchasing department.
 
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  His professional experience encompasses the involvement in multiple projects with extensive experience in hard bid, design builds, and conceptual estimates as well as value engineering.  His experience spans from large pharmaceutical projects to corporate, residential and retail/restaurant markets.

Mr. Joseph Fannon - Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance at RELCO, Joe offers over twenty five years of accounting and financial experience in the construction industry. He oversees and directs all of RELCO’s financial policy’s and is responsible for all financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and job cost analysis and tax planning. He is also responsible for maintaining all relationships with the company’s bank, bonding company, insurance company and outside auditors. Joe works closely with the RELCO’s project managers to bring each project to a successful completion.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bentley College and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association.

Mr. Michael McSheffrey - Vice President of Operations  
Mike has over 36 years in the electrical industry.  As the chief field manager he takes pride and initiative in being a fair and open minded manager.  His responsibilities entail all aspects of supervision for the entire field of RELCO including daily scheduling and management for RELCO’s four office locations.  Mike believes in continued education and oversees our “Best in Class” leadership training programs. Mike holds his master's license in the electrical, communications, security, and fire alarm fields in six states and maintains certifications in OSHA-10, OSHA-30, Aerial lifts, Hilti, and Ramset.

Mike places a major emphasis on safety.  He oversees our successful safety awards throughout many states. Mike believes in the old fashioned rules of work ethic “work hard everyday, come to work because you enjoy what you do and you will be rewarded everyday.”

 

Mr. Brian Jasinski – Director of Business Development
Brian is a graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology Building Construction & Design program and Northeastern University where he graduated with degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Management.  Brian is a licensed Master Electrician, and also holds his Journeyman’s license. With over 15 years in the construction industry, he has worked on a broad variety of construction projects.

Having been at RELCO for almost 12 years, Brian has worked in the capacity as Estimator, Project Manager and as part of the Special Projects Group.  His experience includes new construction and renovation projects of all sizes all over New England including Cape Cod and the Islands, but he is most proud of our extensive fast-track design/build portfolio. Brian’s management experience and commitment to customer satisfaction have been key factors in RELCO’s continued successful growth and growing repeat customer base. 

Mr. Gregory J. Waters - Director of Project Management
Greg is a licensed journeyman electrician with over twenty five years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as an apprentice evolving to a top foreman and is currently overseeing RELCO's project management department.

Greg is responsible for managing RELCO's project managers at all office locations as well running his own large-scale construction projects. His daily tasks include the development and execution of multiple projects including planning, scheduling, purchasing, safety, cost control and communication with RELCO's field teams.

Mr. Richard Pacitto - Director of Purchasing
Rick has over twenty years of experience in the electrical industry including significant time on both the distribution side as well as the contracting end of the business. Rick spent several years as a sales manager and for the past decade has been RELCO’s Director of Purchasing. 

Rick’s expertise includes commodity management, material procurement and strong negotiations.  His overall product knowledge and expediting skills exemplify why RELCO’s buying power is considered “best in class”.
