RELCO and RELCOM associates worked with the Bovis Lend Lease team at the LEED Gold Certified AstraZeneca project in Waltham, MA.
The project scope included a ground-up 50,000 square foot five-story office fitout, a 70,000 square foot five-story research and development lab building, renovations to the main utility building and a connecting foot bridge joining the new building to the existing one. |
