Mr. Phil Wall 
Phil offers over twenty years of construction experience in the electrical and telecommunications industries.  With a strong focus on Design/Build, Phil has a proven track record and ability to conceptualize, budget and manage projects from pre-planning stages to the final move in and network cutover. Phil attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, earning degrees in both Electrical and Electronic Engineering.  Additionally, Phil holds a Register Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) accreditation from the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) and numerous industry certifications.

Having completed some the areas largest and distinctive projects, Phil’s portfolio includes Fortune 500 Companies and industry leaders such as Fresenius Medical Care, Fidelity Investments, Genzyme, Intel, Juniper Networks and the University of Massachusetts.  Several of these projects have been honored with “Excellence in Construction” notoriety as selected by the Associated Builders and Contractors Association.  As evident in RELCOM’s repeat client base, Phil’s attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver projects on time and on budget makes him a valuable member to any project team.

Mr. Donald Bateman
Don has over 14 years experience in the telecommunications industry and has been part of the RELCOM team for the past 8 years. Don has over ten years experience with the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) and holds a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) accreditation as well as being an Outside Plant Specialist (OSP).

Don has works in many difference facets of Operations, Estimating, Project Managing, Engineering and Business Development. His broad experience with projects in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut range from multi state roll outs, single company space build out, multi tenant fit ups to existing customer MAC work. Successful clients include Acushnet Golf (Titleist), Museum of Fine Arts, Jordan’s Furniture, Wal-Mart, IDC/ Computer World, Motorola, Tennessee Titian Stadium, Buffalo Bill’s Stadium, Atlanta Thrasher Area and Braves Stadium.  Don focuses on customer satisfaction by supporting RELCO’s Best in Class philosophy to keep a constant gratified customer base.

Mr. James J. Reilly - President
Jim is the founder of Reilly Electrical Contractors, Inc. - RELCO and has worked in the electrical industry since 1974, attending Franklin Institute in Boston and working his way up from an apprentice to journeyman to master electrician. In the process, he has held positions from Project Foreman to Vice President of Operations, handling a manpower department consisting of over 200 field electricians.

Jim strongly believes one of the keys to the success of the company has been its ability to recruit and retain top quality personnel. Reilly Electric’s strongest attribute is its’ commitment to work as a team with the quality personnel that is in place.                           

Mr. Thomas B. Aborn - Vice President / COO
As Vice President of Estimating at RELCO, Tom offers nearly twenty five years of construction industry experience. He is responsible for the overall operation of the estimating department from the initial lead to the final negotiations of the award.  His responsibilities include supervision of estimating staff as well as working with subcontractors, vendors and the purchasing department.
 
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  His professional experience encompasses the involvement in multiple projects with extensive experience in hard bid, design builds, and conceptual estimates as well as value engineering.  His experience spans from large pharmaceutical projects to corporate, residential and retail/restaurant markets.

Mr. Joseph Fannon - Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance at Relco, Joe offers over twenty five years of accounting and financial experience in the construction industry. He oversees and directs all of Relco’s financial policy’s and is responsible for all financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and job cost analysis and tax planning. He is also responsible for maintaining all relationships with the company’s bank, bonding company, insurance company and outside auditors. Joe works closely with the Relco’s project managers to bring each project to a successful completion.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bentley College and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association.

Mr. Michael McSheffrey - Vice President of Operations
Mike has over 36 years in the electrical industry.  As the chief field manager he takes pride and initiative in being a fair and open minded manager.  His responsibilities entail all aspects of supervision for the entire field of RELCO including daily scheduling and management for RELCO’s four office locations.  Mike believes in continued education within our field and oversees our “Best in Class” leadership training programs. Mike holds his master's license in the electrical, communications, security, and fire alarm fields in six states and maintains certifications in OSHA-10, OSHA-30, Aerial lifts, Hilti, and Ramset.

Mike places a major emphasis on safety.  He oversees our successful safety awards throughout many states. Mike believes in the old fashioned rules of work ethic “work hard everyday, come to work because you enjoy what you do and you will be rewarded everyday.”

Mr. Brian Jasinski – Director of Business Development
Brian is a graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology Building Construction & Design program and Northeastern University where he graduated with degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Management.  Brian is a licensed Master Electrician, and also holds his Journeyman’s license. With over 15 years in the construction industry, he has worked on a broad variety of construction projects.

Having been at RELCO for almost 12 years, Brian has worked in the capacity as Estimator, Project Manager and as part of the Special Projects Group.  His experience includes new construction and renovation projects of all sizes all over New England including Cape Cod and the Islands, but he is most proud of our extensive fast-track design/build portfolio. Brian’s management experience and commitment to customer satisfaction have been key factors in RELCO’s continued successful growth and growing repeat customer base.
