A LEED Gold Certified project consisting of a 50,000 square foot five-story office addition, a 70,000 square foot five-story research and development lab building, renovations to the main utility building and a connecting foot bridge linking the new and existing buildings. RELCO installed three new high-voltage 13,800 volt loops, two new 4,000 amp, 480 volt electrical services, a 2,000 amp, 208 volt service, fire alarm system, lightning protection system, a 2500kVA diesel generator and a lighting control system. RELCOM installed a Category 6 Net-Connect Certified System consisting of a data center, a main telecommunications room and nine secondary telecommunications rooms.
